PPRA Real Estate Learnership Programme 2026 (Gauteng & Limpopo) – Apply Now
The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority in partnership with Services SETA is inviting applications for the Real Estate Learnership Programme 2026 under the One Learner, One Property Practitioner Programme.
This exciting opportunity is available for qualifying applicants in Gauteng and Limpopo and aims to support unemployed youth and women in becoming Non-Principal Property Practitioners (NPPPs) in South Africa’s growing real estate sector.
Programme Overview
Programme Name: One Learner, One Property Practitioner Programme 2026
Province: Gauteng & Limpopo
Duration: 12 Months
Monthly Stipend: R5,500 per month
Closing Date: 25 May 2026
Successful applicants will be enrolled in the:
Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate (NQF Level 4)
Participants will also receive support in preparing for and completing the PPRA Professional Designation Examination (PDE 4).
About the Learnership
The programme aims to empower Previously Disadvantaged Individuals (PDIs) by providing workplace exposure, training, and practical skills in the property sector.
A total of 200 qualifying applicants are expected to benefit from this opportunity, with a strong focus on empowering youth and women.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
- Be unemployed youth or women
- Be residing in either Gauteng or Limpopo (depending on the province applied for)
- Submit all required supporting documents

- Updated CV
- Certified Matric Certificate / Qualifications
