Qualifications

The intern may also assist with people-data reporting and dashboards and Human Capital projects and policy updates and process improvements.
Learning and Development Responsibilities
The Learning and Development component includes coordinating learning interventions from invitations and scheduling through to attendance and evaluations and certificates.
The intern will also support:
- Learning Management System administration
- Learner record management
- Learning-needs analysis
- Development and quality checking of learning materials
- Learning campaigns
- Onboarding and leadership and compliance programmes
- Learning-data analysis
