Administrator Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • National Senior Certificate or equivalent

Administrator Duties

Successful candidates will provide administrative support across office-based and remote working environments.

Responsibilities include coordinating virtual, hybrid and in-person meetings and managing diaries, correspondence, document workflows and records.

Administrators will also:

  • Prepare agendas, minutes, reports and presentations
  • Provide procurement, travel and logistical support according to approved procedures and delegations
  • Maintain compliant filing and records-management systems
  • Support data capturing and reporting
  • Assist with stakeholder communication
  • Provide entry-level support to core and technical functions under supervision
  • Assist with introductory research and literature searches
  • Gather information and consolidate findings
  • Support client intake, scheduling, enquiry logging and referrals
  • Assist with briefing notes, dashboards, templates and routine reports
  • Participate in rotational and ad hoc assignments across core business areas
  • Apply approved policies, standard operating procedures and service standards
  • Escalate complex matters to designated officials

Food Service Aid Requirements

Applicants require:

  • NQF Level 1 or 2, ABET Level 2 certificate or equivalent
