About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, and line-feeding operations, ensuring smooth material handling and warehouse efficiency within the organisation.
The role involves handling materials, operating warehouse systems, maintaining workplace cleanliness, and complying with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
The appointed candidate will be required to:
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during daily operations
- Participate in workplace improvement initiatives, including quick Kaizen activities
- Perform material handling duties such as:
- Manual lifting
- Packaging and taping
- Labelling and sorting
- Move materials using a forklift and bin system
- Report damaged materials or shortages to the Team Leader
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Follow all workplace health and safety regulations
- Carry out tasks assigned by the Team Leader
- Break down pallets and emballages for recycling purposes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Inspect machinery and report maintenance needs
- Unload incoming stock and place materials in assigned storage areas
Minimum Requirements
